“Jayson Tatum just punished Kevin Durant,” one fan wrote.
Another joked: “Condolences to the Durant parents for the block that Jayson Tatum just put on your son.”
The Celtics were impressive in their win over the Warriors, having gone into the half 73-48 up, and the result was the worst defeat for the Warriors at home under Steve Kerr.
It was a rare highlight for the Celtics after a poor run of form which saw them lose five of their last six games.
